Our response time

We usually reply to emails within 60 minutes during business hours. If you don't receive a response from us within 1 working day, please give us a call. Just keep an eye on your email inbox and your junk mail (sometimes the cheeky email fairies hide our reply there).

Making changes to your appointment

Up to 48 hours prior to your appointment, you can easily reschedule or cancel your booking online. Open your confirmation email and select 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'.

If you need to make any changes within 48 hours of your appointment, please call the salon directly during business hours.
