At Decadence Salon we pride ourselves on our strong team of hand-picked hair stylists, colourists, beauticians and therapists. With outstanding technical training and years of experience in salons and spas as well as their individual top standard of care and creative flairs.
Our team have been hand-picked from different backgrounds of the hair, beauty and wellness industry, which means we’re able to make sure we have the right person to meet all your hair and beauty needs. Every team member shares the same Decadence values and makes it their goal to understand the personalities and styles of each of their clients.
We recognise the importance of self-care and ensure to meet your needs in choosing the right member of the team that you can put your trust in. With extensive consultations available, you're given quality time with every consultation so you get the answers to any questions you have, discussing different looks, the best products for you, and detailed personalised aftercare advice and plans.
The time-length of each appointment has been carefully considered so whether it’s just a tidy up, to a complete new look, you’ll feel at ease with the best advice and services provided. Having such a select team on board allows the salon to have a calming atmosphere, in which you can relax and enjoy the services.

Arch comes from a hairdressing family. His mother is a hairdresser back in his home town of Tallinn in Estonia and he started helping her from the early age of 13. He just followed the natural path and qualified as a hairdresser.
Upon coming to London in 2012, Arch joined the team in the famous Michael John salon in Mayfair and honed his skills under the wing of few big hairdressing names. That is where he elevated his phenominal skills in colouring, cutting and styling.
Arch is a no-nonsense Creative & Colour Director. If you are after an honest opinion, a precision haircut, flawless colour or the best aftercare advice, Arch is your man. Be assured that you will leave the salon with a superb cut and colour. And a blow-dry that lasts.
In his own words:
"I really enjoy creating a range of colours from classic honey blondes to soft dip-dye looks.
Modern styles such as beach waves and lovely long blow dries that can worn on every occasion.
I like to immerse myself in creating colour changes and intensive and long colour corrections. These are the challenges that I absolutely look forward together with my clients. I love going through these processes with them and seeing the final result.
I pride myself on in-depth knowledge of our Kevin Murphy retail range for home care. I particularly like the in-salon treatments which we do with a hot towel and a head massage. If your hair needs restoring and repair, I am here to help"
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Mark Danzel
Mark has been fundamental in creating the name and the Decadence brand from the very beginning, so he knows ins and outs of the salon. Mark is well known to the majority of our clients and he is a local household name and face.
Mark spent the first 15 years of his career building his success at Tony & Guy and many of his original clients remain loyal and have followed him to Decadence in 2011, where he helped build the 5-star-rated we are proud of today. His clients never trusted anyone else with their hair and this says a lot about Mark as a hairdresser and a friend.
Super creative with his precision cuts and loves educating the next generation of up-and-coming stylists. His hairdressing skills are second to none.

STYLE DIRECTOR | TOP COLOURIST
Iva Vrdoljak
Iva Vrdoljak was simply born to be a hairstylist and we’re proud to have such huge talent in the Decadence team. Iva is a three times winner of the International Paris Award for Best Hairstylist and Hairstylist of The Year at the British Hair and Beauty Awards 2020.
She has a huge passion for precision in cuts and colors with chic style, as well as being a big fashion lover - she’s collaborated with a number of cool Croatian fashion designers.
After running a highly successful Salon business and Academy she decided to take a step forward and move to London, her favorite city.

Vera Kapri
Vera has an infectious, gentle, warm personality and is always positive - a joy to be around, and everyone loves being around her. She has over 10 years of professional experience including top Mayfair, London salons, and has participated in Paris Fashion Week. A finalist for the Avante Garde category of the Headmasters Awards in no fewer than two occasions.
We are blessed to have Vera join our 5-star-rated team and she has a very loyal following, creating outstanding styles from flawless blowdries to precision cuts and stunning colour.
Vera is in the salon weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. She’s often in high demand, so book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Jeen Hokami
Jeen began her time at Decadence between 2011-2015. A top colourist and stylist with Tony & Guy heritage, Jeen left to take her hairdressing expertise to Dubai where she lived for 6 years. Luckily for us, Jeen returned and naturally we couldn’t wait to have her back in the salon (and it didn’t take much convincing). Jeen’s infectious smile and happy vibes are in the salon weekly and she’s in high demand, so book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Alex Nedic

Mayda
Mayda joined Decadence Salon in 2013. Her expertise and knowledge go beyond regular beauty therapy. Mayda is experienced in advanced beauty and is an aesthetic specialist and beauty educator with over 17 years of experience in the UK. She is professional and systematic.
Since starting in Decadence Salon Mayda has become renowned for her wide range of non-surgical facial therapies with outstanding results. Using only the best skincare products to ensure a bespoke treatment depending on your skincare needs.
Mayda is also well known for waxing hair removal services, which are guaranteed to have you hooked as well as her manicures and pedicures and a range of massages.
BEAUTY THERAPIST
Natalia
Natalia first realised her love for all things beauty back in her home country, Latvia over 10 years ago. Throughout the last decade, she has continued to be passionate about helping clients to stay gorgeous and is regularly inspired to undertake training in new and advanced treatments, expanding her own skills to provide the best in beauty therapies.
Well known and loved for her high quality manicure and pedicure services - Natalia’s care and fine attention to detail is 5 star rated and after your first appointment you’ll never want to go anywhere else for your nails.
